Payment Policy

1. Payment Method

All private coaching sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking through our secure online payment system.

2. Accepted Payments

We accept major debit and credit cards through our payment provider. We do not accept cash or bank transfers for online bookings.

3. Payment Security

Payments are processed by a trusted third-party provider. We do not store or have access to your card details. Transaction information is limited to confirmation metadata only.

4. Receipts

A confirmation email is sent automatically after payment. This serves as your receipt.

5. Pricing

The standard fee is £60 per hour. Any changes to pricing will be clearly displayed before you complete your booking.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, the booking is not confirmed. You will need to complete payment again to secure your session.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued in line with our Cancellation Policy.
