About Us

Who We Are

Westminster Digital Bridge CIC is an asset-locked Community Interest Company providing patient, practical digital-confidence support in trusted public spaces. We meet residents where they already feel safe: inside libraries and community hubs.

Our Mission

To make digital access practical, safe and deeply human for every resident in the City of Westminster.

Our Story

Our CIC grew directly from two years of frontline community service at Pimlico Library. We saw that traditional IT courses often fail because they focus on technology rather than confidence, trust and human connection. Our step-by-step approach aligns with the Fairer Westminster strategy, reducing health and social inequalities at neighbourhood level.

Our Core Values: CARE

Our CARE values shape how we teach, how we listen and how we support every resident.

Our Community Network

Westminster Digital Bridge CIC is part of a growing local network of organisations that care about digital confidence, community wellbeing and equal access to essential online services. We stay closely connected with voluntary groups, digital inclusion networks and community partners across Westminster so residents receive support that feels joined-up, trusted and easy to navigate.

We regularly engage with:

These relationships help us signpost residents to additional support, avoid duplication and ensure our work complements the wider digital inclusion ecosystem in Westminster.

We collaborate with organisations that support digital inclusion and community wellbeing.

Why Westminster?

Westminster is one of the most connected cities in the world, yet many residents still struggle to access essential digital services. Behind the busy streets and global landmarks are older adults, carers and low-income families who face daily barriers to online healthcare, housing systems and council platforms.

Our work is rooted here because:

Westminster Digital Bridge CIC exists to close these gaps in a gentle, respectful and sustainable way so every resident can participate fully in the digital life of their city.
