FAQ

Who is this support for?

Westminster residents who want to feel more confident with everyday technology. We focus on older adults, carers and individuals managing long-term health conditions.

Is it free?

Our library hubs, clinics and group masterclasses are entirely free for eligible low-income residents, older adults and carers. We fund these sessions through public grants, council initiatives and partnerships. Separately, we offer premium, paid 1:1 private coaching. As a regulated CIC, we operate under a strict asset lock: 100% of our private fee surpluses are legally reinvested into our community programs. Booking a paid session directly funds free training for vulnerable neighbours.

Do I need my own device?

For our free community hubs (Track 1), we highly recommend bringing the device you use daily. For private coaching (Track 2), you can use your own device or we can train using public library terminals.

Are carers welcome?

Absolutely. Family carers and support workers are highly encouraged to attend alongside the resident they support.

What are your safety boundaries?

We teach independent digital confidence. We will never ask for your passwords, PINs, or physical access to your financial accounts. Our "hands-off" verbal instruction ensures you remain in complete control of your data.

Can I get help in Arabic?

Yes. We offer support in both English and Arabic.
