Friendly Digital Help for Everyday Life
Supporting adults across Westminster to build confidence with smartphones, tablets, online safety, NHS services and everyday technology - with patient, practical support in English and Arabic.
Westminster Digital Bridge CIC is a registered social enterprise helping residents build the digital confidence they need to stay connected, informed and independent. We support older adults, carers and anyone who feels left behind by rapid digital change. Our free community digital-confidence programme launches at Pimlico Library in Autumn 2026, and we welcome early interest from residents, families, referrers and local partners.
What We Do
We help residents feel confident with:
- Smartphones, tablets and personal computers for everyday digital confidence.
- Secure NHS App navigation, GP triage and online prescription access.
- Accessing and using MyWestminster and MyWestminsterHousing online services confidently and independently.
- Staying safe from online scams, identity theft and digital fraud attempts.
- WhatsApp, email and video calls to stay connected with family and friends.
- Exploring Westminster's digital culture, archives and local community activities.
- Using AI safely for everyday tasks, planning, learning and staying organised.
- Support available in English and Arabic
